Shipping & Returns Policy
Returning your RICCA purchase is simple. You may return your item to any RICCA Jewelry boutique or ship it back to us within 10 days of the order shipment date.
Prefer an exchange instead? We’re happy to help. You may bring your piece to a RICCA Jewelry boutique within 30 days of the order shipment date and select a new item.
Please note: Purchases made using PayPal or Progressive Leasing must be returned exclusively by mail to our online store and are not eligible for in-store exchanges. Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date, provided they are in original condition and include all packaging, warranty documents, and instructions. In certain U.S. states, gift cards may be redeemed for cash when the remaining balance is below the state minimum: under $10.00 in California; under $5.00 in Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, and Washington; under $1.00 in Oregon, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
How to Return Your Item by Mail
Please follow these simple steps:
- Securely package your item, preferably in its original packaging.
- Your receipt/invoice and all original documentation must be included with the return. Please indicate the reason for the return on the invoice — we are always looking to improve.
- Affix the pre-printed return label in the center of the box, and place the pre-printed return address in the upper left corner.
- Ship your package prepaid and insured for the full purchase amount to:

What Happens Next
Once received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect your return before a refund is processed. If approved, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment — excluding shipping fees — within approximately three weeks of receipt.
Please note: We are able to process returns from RICCAJEWELRY.com by mail. However, purchases made in-store must be returned or exchanged in person at a RICCA Jewelry boutique. RICCA Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for items that are not received or that are returned outside the stated terms.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return your purchase within 10 days of the purchase date. Jewelry may be exchanged within 30 days. Custom designs, pierced earrings, gift cards, merchandise received through a Jewelry Replacement Plan, and purchases made using a casino gift certificate are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All jewelry must be in good, unworn condition, unaltered, and accompanied by all original packaging, warranty materials, and instructions.
Refunds
- Credit & Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.
- Check: A refund check will be issued by our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Returned checks are subject to a service fee.
- Cash: If cash funds are not available, or if the refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued by our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.
- Gift Card: Refunds will be issued in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards are non-returnable (except where required by law).
Exchanges
- Exchange with Store Credit: You may receive your original item back or a similar item of comparable value.
- Exchange with Gift Receipt: You may return the item for a gift card within 10 days of the purchase date. Jewelry may be exchanged within 30 days. This does not apply to purchases made with Progressive Leasing.
Clearance Pricing Policy
Ticketed prices refer to the item’s original price and may not have resulted in actual sales. Interim markdowns may have been taken prior to the current clearance price. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance pricing is valid while quantities last.
