A double-sided polished heart in 18K gold — the same finish on both faces.
Most pendants have a front and a back. A double-sided pendant has two fronts. This heart is finished identically on both sides — full mirror polish on the outer face, full mirror polish on the inner face — so the pendant reads the same regardless of which way it turns on the chain.
A practical decision. A pendant that flips on a chain over the course of a day, and a pendant whose front is always polished gold whichever side ends up facing out, are different pieces.
